About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HVAC Install Coordinator to join our growing team in Kennesaw, GA. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, have extensive knowledge of MS Office, experience in the construction industry and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. This position will be coordinating our installation departments to ensure smooth daily operations while assisting service department and with excellent customer service. This is an on site position and does not offer teleworking.

What You’ll Do:
Set install schedule daily, coordinate all paperwork, registrations and billing for installs.
Organize and maintain job files both physical and digitally.
Work closely with install managers and supervisors to coordinate jobs scheduling and billing.
Answer incoming calls, relay messages, and assist customers and team members professionally.
Back up service department by booking service calls.
Navigate industry-specific software to maintain accurate customer records and job history.
 
 
 What We’re Looking For:

 
Previous experience in an HVAC, construction, or service industry office necessary.
 
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
 
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
 
High attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of ServiceTitan is a strong plus.
